There's something "Phishy" going on.

*****Warning:  A message similar to the legitimate message that is sent out by our e-mail system is now being sent by a spammer;  Subject: You have exceeded the storage limit on your mailbox*****

 

If you received an email similar to one listed here you should not reply or click on any links in the email.  Tech Support would not request any kind of system or software update or password changes via email.

 

Messages similar to the suspicious emails listed below may be related to phishing scams, schemes to commit identity theft, or other attempts to compromise your machine or personal information.

Phishing is the act of attempting to get information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details by pretending to be a trustworthy source using e-mail or other electronic communications.

 

If you receive an email that appears “phishy” and are unsure if it’s legitimate, please report it to me.
